Ticket Amendment, Cancellation & Refund

Wang Dynasty Group is only acting as an agent on behalf of respective airlines when selling their flight tickets. When you confirm a booking, a contractual relationship between you and the respective airline is established. Each ticket we sell on behalf of an airline is subject to specific conditions by the airline governing rules of ticket amendment and and cancellation. Almost all contract fare tickets are either non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, or permitted at an extra charge. It is your responsibility to check our website and click "details" after each fare quote to read the relevant airline conditions and charges regarding ticket amendment or cancellation BEFORE you confirm your booking. Once the ticket is confirmed, the relevant conditions apply and you may have to pay an extra amount to effect a date change, and in the case of ticket cancellation, you may lose part or all you have paid for excluding taxes.

Insurance

We recommend that you think carefully about buying travel insurance to cover loss if you cannot use your ticket or your baggage is lost or damaged.
